Merlot
This wine has finesse and evolves into a long-lasting finish. With rich aromas that are characteristics of the Chilean Merlot… Appealing smoky herb aromatics and flavors add interest -- all big flavors with texture - A firm entry leads to a medium-bodied palate with soft tannins. The essence seduces with a beautiful range of aromas… ripe red berries, cedar, and currant – along with mint and tea-leaf tones.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a well structured wine; it is soft in the mouth, very pleasant and with light tannin structure. The ripe flavors are balanced on the palate by fresh acidity. Big round tannins make this a full-bodied Cabernet that should age very well for several years in the bottle.

Sauvignon Blanc
Quite distinctive; it has good volume on the palate and evolves to a pleasant finish. The lush, concentrated palate echoes the nose backed by sweet and soft-yet-ripe tannins that lead to a long and persistent finish. It’s a well-balanced, elegant wine with a rich, round mouth feel offering a complex range of grapefruit and lime aromas with well toasty notes.

Merlot
Has an inviting bouquet of black currant and blueberries enhanced by nuances of sweet spices, such as cinnamon. The lively fruit flavors of plums and berries give this wine a personality that is delightfully different.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Great and powerful wine; its distinctive black currant aroma display a full bouquet with nuances of cedar, violets, or cigar box and its typically tannic edge soften and smooth considerably. In the mouth, this Cabernet Sauvignon has liveliness and a good degree of richness, great finish with firm astringency.

Syrah
Dark purple in color; this wine is rich and medium bodied, known for its spicy blackberry, plum, and peppery flavors. Often there are additional notes of licorice, bitter chocolate and mocha. This Syrah brings out the mellower flavors of black-cherry, while cooler temperatures spice up the wine. Simply delicious and exotic.
