This ensures great taste and freshness, and knowing that our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah wines came from an earth friendly vineyard somehow made it even more pleasurable…
Merlot
Has an inviting bouquet of black currant and blueberries enhanced by nuances of sweet spices, such as cinnamon. The lively fruit flavors of plums and berries give this wine a personality that is delightfully different.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Great and powerful wine; its distinctive black currant aroma display a full bouquet with nuances of cedar, violets, or cigar box and its typically tannic edge soften and smooth considerably. In the mouth, this Cabernet Sauvignon has liveliness and a good degree of richness, great finish with firm astringency.
Syrah
Dark purple in color; this wine is rich and medium bodied, known for its spicy blackberry, plum, and peppery flavors. Often there are additional notes of licorice, bitter chocolate and mocha. This Syrah brings out the mellower flavors of black-cherry, while cooler temperatures spice up the wine. Simply delicious and exotic. |
